APPELLATION OVERVIEW

The Property is located in the Okanagan Valley (the “Valley” or the “Okanagan”), known for its picturesque landscapes and thriving vineyards nestled between the Cascade and Columbia Mountain ranges. The Valley stretches approximately 250 kilometres across eleven official sub-regions, each with distinct soil and climate conditions, making it one of the most dynamic and celebrated appellations in North America. The Valley is also home to the highest concentration of vineyards in the province with approximately 86% of the province’s acreage. The Valley consists of approximately 185 licensed wineries and approximately 8,600 acres of vineyards. The Valley’s vineyards benefit from the moderating influence of Okanagan Lake, contributing to the production of high-quality wines.
